This evening seminar gives you an overview of understanding and following a logical diagnostic check routine from finding out the customer “Complaint” to locating the “Cause” and providing the necessary information to provide the “Correction” to help you find more vehicle problems “first time” and in less time on modern vehicle systems.
Seminar content includes explanation of different diagnostic tools and information systems. Plus various vehicle case studies where using a logical diagnostic check routine can help in locating the vehicle fault quickly.
This session takes place after work in a relaxed and informal environment with up to 30 fellow technicians. Refreshments and a light meal are provided so that you can attend straight from work.
An experienced professional technician will present this course, which lasts for approximately two hours.
