This evening seminar gives you an overview of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and how they must be considered as part of your everyday repair work.
Coverage will include examples of ADAS systems and the need for accurate re-calibrations and re-initialisations once you have completed mechanical corrections on a vehicle.
You will learn about current and forthcoming legislation over the inclusion of ADAS systems on vehicles, as well as the implications for manufacturers and workshops.
The evolution of ADAS technology is featured, along with a look at what might be coming through your doors in the future.
This session takes place after work in a relaxed and informal environment with up to 30 fellow technicians.
Refreshments and a light meal are provided so that you can attend straight from work.
An experienced professional technician will present this course, which lasts for approximately two hours.
By the end of the evening you will have more of an understanding of ADAS systems and how you need to be prepared for dealing with them in your workshop.
